Physics Department had started at M.S. College in July, 1957 for UG courses and in July, 1964 for PG courses. B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. courses are made available by this department. Inter-disciplinary courses – for Ph.D. – Gurukul Kangari University, BARC, IIT Roorkee, HNB Garhwal University, Punjab University, Weizmann Institute of Sciences, Rehovot, Israel. Annual system for UG course and semester system for PG course is available.
